Every order is checked, polished and packed by hand before it leaves us — we'd rather give a piece one last look than rush it out the door.
We try to get every order moving as quickly as we can, though most are inspected and packed within 24 hours of being placed. From there, standard delivery anywhere in the US takes 2–5 business days. The moment your parcel is on its way, a tracking link lands in your inbox so you can follow it all the way to the door.
Shipping is complimentary on every US order over $80 — which happily covers most of what leaves here. For orders below that, standard delivery is a flat $15, never quietly calculated by weight or distance. What you see is what you pay; no surprise fees waiting at checkout.
It comes down to where a piece begins its journey. Ready Stock pieces are already resting in the atelier — polished, packed and waiting — so they're processed to ship within 24 hours. A Made to Order piece is brought to life only once it's yours: our craftspeople begin work the moment you order, and good work can't be hurried, so production takes a minimum of two weeks by hand before the finished piece is standard-shipped to reach you in another 2–5 business days. Every product page tells you which is which — a little patience, for something made expressly for you.
Every piece travels in the VERMAYH box — cushioned, wrapped and sealed by hand, ready to be gifted exactly as it arrives. Orders are fully insured and tracked from our door to yours, and anything of higher value is sent signature-required, so it only ever reaches the right hands.
Across all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses for those serving away from home. We're a US house for the moment; delivery beyond these shores is something we're carefully building toward, and you'll hear about it here first.
We work hard to get every order moving on time, but once a parcel is with the carrier its journey is in their hands — and the occasional weather day or holiday rush can slow things down in ways we can't control. If your tracking hasn't budged in 48 hours, write to us at orders@vermayh.com and we'll chase it down with you, personally.
Fine jewelry is a feeling as much as an object, and feelings need a little room. If a piece isn't quite right, sending it back should be the easiest part of owning it.
14 days from the day your order arrives. If a piece doesn't feel like yours, send it back unworn and in its original VERMAYH box within that window for a full refund — no awkward questions, and no restocking fee.
Write to us at returns@vermayh.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid shipping label and a few simple instructions the same business day. Settle the piece back into its box, attach the label, and hand it to the carrier. That's the whole of it.
We do — never you. Return shipping anywhere in the US is completely free. The prepaid label we email already has the postage paid, so sending a piece back never costs you a cent. We'd simply rather you take all the time you need to be certain about a piece than feel rushed by the price of a stamp.
As soon as your return reaches us and passes a quick check — usually within 4–5 business days of arriving — we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank then takes its own moment to post it, typically another 3–5 business days.
Gladly. Tell us the size, length or piece you'd prefer and we'll reserve it while your return travels back, so the swap feels seamless. If there's a difference in price, we'll settle it gently either way — a small refund to you, or a quick link to top up.
A few things, for good reason: pierced earrings (a hygiene standard across all fine jewelry), engraved or made-to-order bespoke pieces, gift cards, and The Ritual Kit once its seal is broken. Anything final sale is marked clearly on its page, long before you reach checkout.
That's ours to put right, immediately. Send a photo to orders@vermayh.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or repair the piece at no cost, with priority shipping — and there's no need to post anything back before we do.
